Wooden Ladder with Creative Vintage Bottles – Decorating Ideas for Small Balcony

Nothing on this planet can compare with a cute and cozy small balcony! – I really enjoy spending time in my small balcony drinking a glass of cava and listening to my playlists on Spotify while staring the city of Barcelona, it’s pure calmness.

Since for me it is really important to keep it as a unique, creative and cozy spot in the apartment, suddenly one day I decided to start keeping the empty bottles of cava to do something creative with them one day, and this was the result!

If you’re interested in creating a spot like this one in your small balcony, first you will need a wooden ladder, the older it looks, the better! Place this ladder in a strategic spot of your balcony, the corner is always the best option.

Start placing the creative vintage bottles on the different levels of the ladder steps, don’t forget to take in consideration when placing the bottles, the colors and the different sizes of the bottles, place the small ones on the higher steps and the bigger ones on the lower steps.

After placing the bottles, find other nice objects  to place on the empty steps of the ladder, candles and flowers are always a good option. Lastly, if there’s a lot of wind in your balcony, I highly recommend you to glue all the creative vintage bottles and objects into the steps of the ladder, this way you can avoid broken objects on a windy night.
